/ A book is perishable, but not exchangeable at
all. It is a story that each of us experiences in
a different way. The story of a never ending
wish. The book was printed with a hectograph.
It puts us in the position to print a considerable
quantity of papers on our own. So you can
print up to 300 sheets. Because the quality
of the prints varies a lot, each copy becomes
unique and that makes up the charm of it.
Altogether, the book uncovers the aging of
everything while you read »Forever young« on
each page.

/ This magazine is a documentation of a subtask of the project »Feldforschung Grafikdesign« which was overseen by Eike König and took place at the Bauhaus-University Weimar in the winter semester 2008/09. By using transparency the nonsense-machines are shown once on their own and once again in action. The magazine contains three parts. The texts that are describing every machine are on the left side, the images of the machines on the right side. If you open the magazine completely, you can see an overview of all the machines.

The magazine was printed in offset in the university's print shop in a run of 300 copies.

The Magazin will be published in the
»:output award 13«

/ This poster was developed for an exhibition at the
Bauhaus-University Weimar called »Schauschrift - Schriftschau«. This project was dealing with type
and how to use type as a medium in space. The
poster consists of precutted selfadhensive film
so that letters and elements can be detached from
the liner and be made further use of it. So, the
observer is becoming an active part of the exhibition.
As well, the poster is always changing and the
elements are diffused into public space, as a kind of
an advertisement for the exhibition.

Furthermore, the poster was put in the annual book
of »100 besten Plakate 2008«

/ »In for a penny, in for a pound.« (in german: »Wer A
sagt muss auch B sagen.
«) Who works analog also
has to deal with the digital interface. The same is true
for the opposite: who works with the computer also
has to understand the trade. I put this statement into
space. The triangle is to make clear this interplay.

/ This work is a declaration of love to
the corrugated cardboard. The room
was completely lined with cardboard.
As well, Thomas Neugebauer and
me integrated some elements to play,
also out of cardboard.

/ This video delivers a short insight into the interior
of my head.

/ There are neither lakes nor a sea
around Weimar. I integrated a sign
with the title »Strand« (beach) into
the street network of the city. At
first sight it didn't attract attention but
it gives a hint at the climate change.

/ In a project run by Mario Lombardo in the
winter semester 2009/10 it was the task
to develop a fictitious music corporate.
The only requirement was that the name
of the band should be Ghost. I wanted to
visualize electronic but still miscellaneous
music.
